Terms of Service

By accessing or using Trovuz (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must create and supervise your account.

2. Accounts & security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at Trovuz.com@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Guest access

BetaBlox allows temporary guest usage. Guest sessions may be limited and data created during a guest session may not be retained permanently. We recommend creating an account for persistent storage.

4. User content & license to BetaBlox

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create (avatars, images, text). By uploading content you grant BetaBlox a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable license to host, use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Service (including thumbnails and previews). You represent that you have the rights to upload any content you submit.

5. Prohibited content & acceptable use

Do not use the Service to upload or share illegal content, hate speech, pornographic content, malware, or material that infringes others’ rights. Do not attempt to abuse, reverse‑engineer, scrape, or otherwise compromise the Service. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

BetaBlox and its licensors own all rights to the Service platform, branding, code, and assets we produce. You may not use our trademarks or logos without prior written permission.

7. Payments & refunds

Paid features are billed as described at purchase. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law or as described in the purchase terms. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.

8. DMCA & copyright policy

If you believe your copyrighted work is used without authorization, contact us at Trovuz.business@gmail.com with a takedown notice. We will respond and comply with applicable law. Repeat infringers may be terminated.

9. Termination & suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. On termination, access to content may be revoked and some content may be deleted. We are not responsible for preserving content from terminated accounts except as required by law.

10. Disclaimers & no warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetaBlox’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the aggregate amount of fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $50 if you paid no fees). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BetaBlox, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the Service you agree to the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notice will be given. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United kingdom. Any disputes will be brought in the courts of the UK.
